Stock Pitch
Ramp on a name under a clock and pitch it. The write-up is short on purpose — the grade is in the Q&A, where the interviewer finds out whether the thesis is yours.
Timed Take-Home
A four-hour clock, an open internet, one company, and a two-page memo at the end. Scope control is the test as much as the analysis.
Investing Concepts
The conceptual round: multiples and growth, short interest, earnings yield, portfolio construction. Banking technicals do not cover these, and interviewers know it.

Each case follows the structure and exhibit set that firm's work is known for — for some, the format of a transaction; for others, the exercise the firm is reported to set. Every case names its basis. The companies, financials and terms are entirely our own.
