How to Prepare for Behavioral Interviews
Build a bank of 8-10 specific stories before your interview and practice mapping each one to multiple question types. Prepare your weakness and failure answers with the same rigor as your technicals. The situational session shows that the best answers name a real weakness, give a specific example of when it caused a problem, and then describe the concrete system you built to prevent it from recurring.
