What launched, and why does it matter?
Today we're launching Community Outcomes: a public feed of anonymized recruiting outcomes from the IB Vine community.
Community Outcomes is a public feed where you can browse:
- Where candidates accepted offers
- Which firms they interviewed at
- Which firms extended offers
- Offer details like starting period, location, and group
All data is completely anonymous. You'll see usernames, schools, and offer details, but no personally identifiable information is ever displayed. This transparency helps future candidates understand real recruiting outcomes and make informed decisions.
This is powered by our Offer Reports feature. When candidates submit their recruiting outcomes via Offer Reports, those with an accepted firm are displayed in the Community Outcomes feed.
What can you see?
Each outcome card displays information based on what the user submitted. Not all fields are required, so you'll see various data points depending on what each candidate chose to share. This may include:
🎯 Accepted Offer – The firm where they accepted, role title, job type, starting period, location, group, and compensation details.
🎓 Background – Their school, student type (undergraduate, MBA, etc.), and role type (summer, full-time, lateral).
📋 Interview Process – Which firms they interviewed at and which firms extended offers.

How to contribute
Landed an offer? You can share your recruiting outcome anonymously and help future candidates understand the landscape. Submissions are available to all IB Vine users with an account that is at least 30 days old, as we want this to be powered by our community of users.
1. Create a free account or sign in. Only users with IB Vine accounts that are at least 30 days old can submit offer reports.
2. Submit your offer report. Once logged in, visit ibvine.io/your-offers to share details about your accepted offer and interview process.
3. Your data appears in Community Outcomes. Once you submit an offer report with an accepted firm, it will be visible to the community in the feed.
Note: IB Vine may also generate verified offer reports on behalf of members based on verifiable information and external data sources (including platforms such as LinkedIn). Users maintain full control and can edit or delete any reports associated with their account at any time through their account settings.
