By accessing or using IB Vine (the “Site”), owned and operated by Fate Holdings LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Users may create an account to access certain features. You agree not to share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts to abuse the free tier provided. You must use a legitimate email address for account creation; temporary or disposable email addresses are not permitted. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms.
Account deletion is self-service and can be performed at any time from your Account page. Before deleting your account, you are responsible for canceling any active subscriptions and deleting any Offer Reports tied to your account if you wish to. We are unable to respond to requests to delete accounts on your behalf.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe stores information related to your checkout sessions and payments.
Free Trial: We may offer a limited-access Free Trial to eligible users. No credit card is required to activate the Free Trial; it is automatically granted to eligible users. The Free Trial is not a Stripe subscription. When you subscribe to a paid tier via Stripe, your payment method is charged immediately at the start of the billing cycle. There is no free trial period through Stripe.
Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew according to your billing cycle (e.g., monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually) until canceled. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next renewal date if you do not wish to be charged. You can cancel at any time via the Account page or the Billing Portal.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for unused portions of your subscription period or for downgrades. This policy applies to all circumstances, including (but not limited to) if you forget to cancel your subscription or if you do not use your subscription. You are responsible for managing your subscription and canceling before the next billing date. We are unable to respond to or make exceptions for refund requests.
Subscription Management: Subscription cancellations and resumptions are self-service. You can manage your subscription at any time by visiting the Account page and selecting Manage Subscription, or by using the Billing Portal directly. Under a cancellation, you retain access to your current tier until the beginning of the next billing cycle. We are unable to cancel subscriptions on your behalf or respond to cancellation requests submitted via email.
Plan Changes: When changing the plan of a subscription, by default, Stripe will prorate the charge for the next billing cycle. If downgrading a subscription, Stripe will issue a credit which is then applied on the next invoice.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Any price change applies only to new subscriptions created after the change takes effect. Active subscriptions are grandfathered at the price they were created with and will continue to renew at that rate unless otherwise communicated to you in advance.
Billing Disputes: If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contacting us at support@ibvine.io before initiating a chargeback gives us the opportunity to resolve any legitimate billing concern directly and promptly. Due to the high incidence of friendly fraud in the digital goods industry, we have a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent chargebacks. We contest virtually every chargeback we receive and provide the relevant card network and Stripe with full evidence of service delivery and your agreement to these Terms. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension or termination.
The content on the Site is for personal use only. You may not copy, share or redistribute the Site's content outside of the Site. You may not use the Site's content for commercial purposes.
We make no guarantees as to the accuracy of the content.
“Reported in Interviews” Questions: Certain questions on our Site may be labeled “Reported in Interviews.” These questions have been self-reported by various individuals, and we cannot confirm whether these questions were actually asked in the reported firm’s interviews. You acknowledge and agree that such content is provided on an “as-is” basis and may not reflect any official materials used by those firms.
No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive to provide helpful content, we do not guarantee that the content is accurate or free from errors or inconsistencies. You agree that any reliance on such information is at your own risk.
No Guarantee of Outcomes: We do not guarantee any particular outcome from your use of the Site. This includes, but is not limited to, success in any interviews, job applications, offers, or any other results.
Provided “As Is:” The Site, its content, and any related services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fate Holdings LLC and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York, New York, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties.
We reserve the right to terminate your account or access to the Site at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fate Holdings LLC and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without any notice.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
