About This Enterprise & Equity Value Mock Interview
These sessions build a complete understanding of the two most important valuation metrics in finance. The basic session covers what Enterprise Value and Equity Value represent, the EV formula and every bridge component, minority interest reasoning, the Treasury Stock Method with numerical examples, negative EV and negative equity value scenarios, preferred stock treatment, convertible bond dilution, and unfunded pension obligations.
